For kids entering grades 4, 5
This fun summer workshop is designed for 4th and 5th graders, Mini Movie Makers jump into the world of storytelling by creating their own short narrative film from scratch.
From brainstorm → storyboard → act → shoot → screen, students work together every step of the way—dreaming up ideas, drawing out scenes, performing on camera, and bringing their stories to life.
Exploring simple, kid-friendly genres like comedy, mystery, and adventure, campers will discover how different stories are told while having fun along the way.
Everyone gets a chance to rotate through key roles—actor, director, and camera operator—so each student experiences every part of the filmmaking process.
By the end of the week, they’ll premiere their very own movie, celebrating creativity, teamwork, and a whole lot of fun.
